ELEPHANT
A short-ish film by Nathanielle Antonio Perez
This is a Short film about the elephant in our room
In a fictional San Fernando Valley, a series of twelve disconnected assassinations are carried out against those directly and indirectly involved with the endless ICE kidnappings. When those in power refuse to disband this secret police force, this is the response.
This short film features no dialogue. No names are mentioned. No one character stands as the protagonist or the antagonist. No explanations are given because it’s already understood.

What Your Support Means
As of now, we are currently in principal photography. Our limited budget means filming at a slower pace to afford cast and crew, as I am the sole executive producer and PLO Style Productions has no other financial backing. By the end of post-production, this film will have cost us over $10,000 of my own savings. Our fundraising goal is to at least make up half of it at $5,000.
Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley (specifically the areas that are most heavily targeted by ICE), this story has been so personal to me that it can and will be made no matter what support we receive. But I do not want this movie to just belong to myself. I want this film to belong to the people and the residents of Los Angeles.
Your financial contribution, no matter how big or small, will be credited and listed side by side with other supporters. While the goal is still $5,000 and all donations are deeply appreciated, we're looking to have as many supporters as possible. We'd rather receive $100 from a hundred $1 donations than from one $100 donation. Your support for this film is your voice attached to this project, saying that you've had enough of the terror and human trafficking and murder in our community.
And when the end credits roll up, we hope to see rows and rows of names (anonymous donations welcome!) to show everyone that this was truly made by the people of Los Angeles.

Your Friends Need Killing (2024)
Written, Directed & Produced by Nathanielle Antonio Perez
This debut short-ish film is a first look at the political extremism and unconventional narrative structure that would be a staple of Nathan’s work.
Your Friends Need Killing follows a group of U.S. soldiers ready to deploy to America’s groundbreaking invasion of Iran. As they share one last poker game before heading overseas, an old friend from their past arrives on a mission of his own.
Filmed in 2022, edited in 2023, and released in 2024, this ultra-low budget, narrative-driven revenge story remains even more relevant in today’s climate.
